Gen Z is less propensed than ever to join the Navy. With a strong labor market, government unrest and a global pandemic, a career as a Sailor seems almost impossible. But what Gen Z doesn’t realize is that saying "never” to the Navy without exploring the possibilities of who they can become, limits their opportunities for success.
We addressed this challenge head-on, showing recruits that joining the Navy might sound crazy, but saying never to a lifetime of adventure actually is. Yes, we filmed this on a real working aircraft carrier somewhere in the middle of the ocean. No, there is not a single actor in these films.
